Brief introduction to the printing process of die-cutting machine
Printing is the process of transferring the image and text on the printing plate to the substrate through the printing press to obtain a large number of decorative printed products.
(1) Preparation before printing
Different printing methods require different preparations before printing, but the main contents are the same. Preparation before printing mainly includes the preparation of substrates and inks, inspection and installation of printing plates, and debugging of printing presses.
(2) Printing
When starting printing, it is generally started at a slower speed. After the printing quality stabilizes, it is accelerated to the normal printing speed. In addition, during the printing process, attention should be paid to the quality of the printed products and adjustments should be made in time if any abnormalities occur.
(3) Quality inspection of printed products
After printing is completed, the quality of the printed products should be sampled and checked, including the quality of the layout, image elements, overprinting, image color, layering, clarity, etc. All aspects should be carefully inspected or tested.
