Installation and use of die-cutting machine pasting creasing matrix

After selecting the specifications of the pasting creasing matrix, install it according to the steps in the figure.

(1) Measuring. Measure the required length of the creasing matrix according to the size of the embossed product.

(2) Cutting. Use the embossing die cutting machine to cut the creasing matrix according to the required length, and the two ends of the cut embossing die form a 90° sharp angle.

(3) Positioning. Use the positioning plastic strip on the creasing matrix to clamp the cut embossing die on the steel wire of the die-cutting embossing plate.

(4) Peeling and pasting. After the creasing matrix is placed in place, peel off the protective adhesive tape on the bottom layer of the embossing die.

(5) Installing the plate. Install the die-cutting embossing plate with the embossing die on the die-cutting embossing machine, position it and tighten it. Slowly start the die-cutting embossing machine once, and the embossing will be positioned and pasted to the die-cutting embossing bottom plate. Press hard to make it stick firmly. If the embossing line is short, press it for a while, which will have a better effect.

(6) Cleaning. After the creasing matrix is pasted, tear off the positioning tape, clean it up, and complete the entire die-cutting indentation base plate pasting work.

(7) Reinforcement. After the creasing matrix is pasted, you can use a rubber hammer to hit the indentation die to make the indentation die and the steel plate more firmly bonded, thereby eliminating the need to use strong glue to fix the indentation die for the second time.

(8) After the indentation creasing matrix is pasted, the sharp corners of the indentation die that are opposite to the direction of paper travel can be rounded with sandpaper or pasted with thin tape, so that the die-cut indentation product can pass smoothly without damaging the product surface.
