1. Manual hot stamping machine:
The manual hot stamping machine is simple to operate, the hot stamping quality is easy to operate and the machine is small in size, but the speed of the hot stamping machine itself will be affected to a certain extent, and the speed is about 1000-2000 prints per hour.
2. Fully automatic hot stamping machine:
The body structure and device of the fully automatic hot stamping machine are basically the same as those of the manual hot stamping machine. The difference is whether there is a mechanical bite speed for paper feeding and paper collection. Its characteristics are high degree of full automation and low labor intensity. The speed is about 1200-2000 prints per hour.
3. Round pressure hot stamping machine:
Because the hot stamping machine and the hot stamping part are in line contact, its pressure is greater than the hot stamping method of plane contact. At the same time, due to reciprocating rotation, the speed can also be greater than the reciprocating linear motion of flat pressure. The general speed can reach 1500-2000 prints per hour.
4. Semi-automatic hot stamping machine:
It is mostly used for products with short delivery time and small quantity.
5. Vertical automatic hot stamping machine:
Mostly used for products with large quantities and frequent version jumps.
6. Horizontal flat-press hot stamping machine:
Mostly used for products with high precision and large batches.
7. Round-press automatic hot stamping machine:
Good precision, but because the pressure is not very high, pay attention to the requirements of the printed product when selecting.
